If you are aiming to increase your speed and endurance, you must train like a Kenyan would train. The Kenyan way of training is to start off slow for approximately a third of the run. Your pace during the run should gradually be increased. When you are a third of the way through, run at a normal speed. By the time you are in your last third, you should run quickly. This technique will help you develop your endurance and speed.
As you can now see, everyone knows how important fitness is, but some think it too hard to achieve. That is not the case! An increase in water intake and exercise can start anyone on the path to fitness. By keeping this advice in mind, you can succeed.
